What people usually ask

General questions. Each entrance has its own; they are on the entrance pages.

How do I book and what happens next?

Press “Book”, choose a time in Calendly, receive an email with the Zoom link and the consent form. If you like, complete a test before the session. You can also skip it; we will work it out on the spot.

How do I pay?

By card in pounds, from any bank except Russian ones. Unfortunately I can no longer accept roubles. If it is really necessary and there is no other way, write to me and we will discuss it separately.

What about cancelling and rescheduling?

With 24 hours’ notice, free. Later than that the session is paid in full; that time was set aside for you. If something serious has happened, write to me, I am human.

In which language and from which countries?

In Russian and English, online, from any country. I am in London; we fit the session time to your time zone.

Why are there no testimonials on the site?

I do not ask clients for them; that is part of therapeutic ethics. Instead of testimonials there are fees, working terms, education and what I think about therapy.

How do you store my data?

The minimum: name, contact and what you have told me yourself. I do not record sessions. Details are in the privacy policy.

What do I need to start?

Willingness, a stable internet connection and a quiet, safe place, as far as possible.

What happens in sessions?

We work with what has been on your mind or has happened this week, discuss homework if there was any, and continue from where we stopped. The structure changes depending on the goal.
